Complaints procedure
Royal Kids Home has established an internal complaints procedure in the context of the Childcare Act. This procedure describes the process for handling and recording complaints from parents.
Our preference is that if you have a complaint, you first discuss it with the directly involved party. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit a formal complaint (in writing only) to the management. You can email your complaint to martijn@royalkidshome.nl attention of the management.
